Angela Rogers

Principal

With over 18 years experience as an entertainment lawyer, Angela has a reputation for being a diligent, meticulous dealmaker.  Her primary focus is on contract negotiations and she also acts as an adviser for non-entertainment businesses.  She represents recording artists, producers, songwriters, production companies, publishing companies, influencers, music executives, managers, entertainment brands, television personalities, writers, authors and various others in the music, television, literary, and digital fields.  Angela has continued to expand her practice by representing new and diverse clients such as fashion bloggers, YouTubers, and tech startups. 

Angela has extensive experience handling all complex agreements in connection with digital rights, publishing, endorsement, distribution, brand integration, joint venture, employment, management, licensing, production, and performance agreements.  She counsels and advises clients on various intellectual property issues including rights of privacy, terms of use, trademarks, and copyright infringement.  

Angela has always prided herself on her non-traditional approach to the practice of law; her motto: “Don’t think outside the box. There is no box.”  Angela strives to be creative in her deal structuring, especially in the digital millennium.

Angela received her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and received her Bachelor of Science from Hampton University. 

Nichole Levy

Senior Associate

Nichole is a senior associate at Rogers Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, Nichole worked as a corporate lawyer until starting a music management company for a number of years. As a manager, she handled day-to-day transactions for artists signed to major labels. Now, at the firm, Nichole provides value in negotiating music, talent/modeling and branding agreements.

Nichole received her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School.
